Todd Akin’s “legitimate rape” comment: Not a misstatement, but a worldview.

It’s not accidental and it’s not incidental to his worldview—his belief system requires a rejection of science.

  1. this guy is an idiot. Like all those that think this way. Do they not think women have feelings? Are we in Afghanistan where women have no rights? Or do they want us back in the 1950’s again with no rights whatsoever? I think most women know what to do with their body, not at all what the Republicans think. They think we need them to tell us what to do or not do….vaginal probes and all. Stay out of my vagina men, unless I invite you.
